Yeah i am not 100% if it was the movie theater by where the Egyptian was or the one downtown, downtown has changed a lot and i was young i bet my father remembers.

My father and his co worker had season tickets to Sonic's game's through their employer and his co worker had two sons me and my younger brothers age so we would go to games often at the coliseum and hang out at the center and go up and down on the bubblenator.

thats a strange question considering the seahawks haven't beaten the Niners on the road since 2008.

thought we covered this already?

Kaepernick has NEVER beaten the Seahawks. You guys traded the QB who had our number. Congrats and thanks.

Sadly, the Egyptian is closing.

I went there a couple months ago after a few beers in CH. It was a late showing of The Shining.

Seattle is being gentrified by California transplants, started in the late 80's,,,it happens kinda sad seeing all the old stuff go and the tackiness that was Seattle's charm.

Freeway ramps to no where because of the worlds fair and construction just stopped lol.

43 and feel great.

40 is the new 20 anyway. I recently heard or read somewhere the prediction that the first person who will live to 200 has just been born.

Seahawk fans coming out of the woodwork. Same old same old. After the divisional round exit, it will quiet down a little.

And you'll still be a dingus always.

I watched PJ20 the other night. Made me miss the grimy Seattle I grew up in.

The best thing about Seahawks fans are that 98% of us are from the GPNW.

Many fans of some of those other teams are bandwagoners from other areas that jumped on to a successful team at some point. Nothing wrong with it, I hope the Seahawks have that type of success. But for now we're tried and true, thick and thin, outnumbered, blue blooded homers. And if you dont like how we talk about our team, go fuck yourself.

Well said.

I've never been to the Pacific Northwest. I would love to go sometime. I am a big time foodie. Where are the best places to eat?

The KingDome was built to bring football to the GPNW,,the Dome was a focal point in Seattle just as much as the Needle or Pike Place to us.

Ive always been a fan of 13 Coins on Boren, not hooker central by the airport. Am sure that there are many more great places to eat there now then when I lived there.

So many great places. Downtown I like Tat's and Toulouse. I live in the north end so the best places that I eat at are probably Thai Thom in the U-district, Paseo in Fremont, Tropicos in Greenwood. Found a place called Piggyback Deli by my friends house in Lynnwood, no lie it was the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. It was like the meat melted with the cheese, now I want to drive up there.

Wait til next summer. Go in late July.

Trust me on that one too.

Yeah, I figured that I should wait. It'll give me a chance to save up money anyway. It sounds like I am going to have to be there awhile in order to try out all these recommended restaurants.
