Honestly I don’t want him gone either. I really wish the Rooneys would force him more to make better personal changes.Agreed, and if you wish for him to be gone, which I kind of understand, be careful. I recall the Bears firing Lovie after a 10 win season and look at that shit show now. I'm not saying that's what will happen, but sometimes you just need a little luck or a couple things to fall your way.
can someone let Jerry know!Derrick Henry is just a damn stud.
Currently at 1,921 yards rushing.
Until this game when Harris got his 6th rushing TD. Either led or was tied for the lead in rushing TDs. And he hasn’t had one since week 6.Fun stat: Fields has a better win% than Wilson.

Yeah drafting in those positions doesn’t help. I really wish they would be willing to make the proper changes at the coaching positions. Austin, like I mentioned is the worst DC in the league. They had an opportunity to fire him and promote Flores. Instead stayed “loyal” to Austin. It's kind of a difficult situation. Because you're constantly in the top 1/2 of the league your constantly drafting from 18 to 30, so getting the sure fire studs usually isn't going to happen. You're going to be drafting guys more for your situation and how they fit within your system. So you're doing as good of a job with what you have to work with. Guys that fit in that you believe you can develop into something.
The Packers are in the same boat, as our teams are run in a similar way. We don't usually go out and make big splash free agent signings, don't usually go with the big trade and try to build from within.
Because we don't have those awful years, we don't get a shot at Nick Bosa or Joe Burrow and those players. So now what?
