They are the meat glue of the NFL. An unknown substance that keeps them together to make it look like something good. But in reality it is mediocre at best.

Agreed, and if you wish for him to be gone, which I kind of understand, be careful. I recall the Bears firing Lovie after a 10 win season and look at that shit show now. I'm not saying that's what will happen, but sometimes you just need a little luck or a couple things to fall your way.
