Is Charissa in trouble for what she did or for admitting it?
Patriots Reporter Calls Charissa Thompson's Admission 'Infuriating'
It's been a rough week for NFL on Prime Video host Charissa Thompson, whose recent comments sparked outrage across the sports media world.nesn.com
He and Kraft were swapping spit all during the game when Vrabel was inducted into the Patriots HOF.Heard somewhere that Pats could be looking at Vrabel for HC? Probably BS …
I don't think he has what it takes anymore. The ""National"" media have already chosen the landing spot for Russell Wilson to be the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS.
The Boston media hasn't bitten, but then again, it's a holiday.
ESPN has already started discussing what it will take to get a QB of Wilson's quality.
One commentator tried to have some common sense and suggested that the Broncos swap Wilson for Mac Jones and offer to pay half of his salary. His idea was that both Mac and Wilson would be new places and get each would have a clean start. The Patriots would benefit by having to only shell out about $21.5M per year for two years and could use the draft to strengthen the OL and draft a QB in the 2nd or 3rd round.
Personally, I don't think Wilson would want to be here. Especially with a disciplinarian like BB.
Can't wait for the Boston folks to get started on this.
Note that these are reporters picks and may or may not be interviewed.....Among the names that will be interviewed before the Official Mayo announcement.
Names being spoken about the GM position:
- Patriots director of scouting Eliot Wolf. ...
- Ex-Raiders GM Dave Ziegler. ...
- Bengals senior personnel executive Trey Brown. ...
- Chiefs assistant GM Mike Borgonzi. ...
- Ex-Titans GM Jon Robinson. ...
- Browns senior executive Bob Quinn.
Anyone hear any updates on this? I read something the other day that stated the Kraft's may wait until after the draft to hire a GM. If so this worries me, it gives me Jerry Jones vibes of "Hey I want you to draft these guys" and " Hey here is a list of FA signings we want". I've not known them to be this involved in the past, but it does seem weird if they wait until after the draft.Among the names that will be interviewed before the Official Mayo announcement.
