Without knowing the details, it would not surprise me if this was actually a case of self defense. There are literally scores of inmates who would love to make "prison cred points" by beating up an ex-NFLer.

Lol, not the way it worked out. I remember when Tyson was going into lockup, people were talking about how he might face physical threats. Really? Mike was probably more dangerous in a close-quarters prison brawl than in the ring.Without knowing the details, it would not surprise me if this was actually a case of self defense. I doubt anyone on Earth (at the time) would in their right mind have wanted at shot at Mike Tyson. He was violence in the form of a man. Very, very dangerous.
Though I can imagine that once he goes to the joint on a life-without-parole someone is going to take a shot at him, I just can't imagine anyone in County thinking it's worth it. No doubt he's starting now to establish himself as unpredictable and dangerous. My guess is he's thriving in that environment.
Ok, so the dumb prison thugs think that taking on the other dumb prison thug who happened to be a professional athlete in one of the most physical sports on the planet is going to be a cake walk? He'd probably kick the living shit out of 99% of the guys in the joint.
But I also bet you 99% of guys in the joint are not scared of fist-fighting him.
I doubt any of them having much luck one on one.

If he is truly a member of the Latin Kings, I'm sorry to tell you, but NOBODY will be fucking with him in prison.
So who plays AH in the made for TV movie.
