I'm sort of surprised by Driver's comments.

Really, he wants the QB to take the blame for the WR's mess ups? I hope I'm reading that wrong, because that's garbage. Holding people accountable for their mistakes is part of being a leader. How many times has McCarthy stressed accountability? Rodgers has also put things on his shoulders many times...how many times have you heard him say in post-game pressers, "I need to play better." He said it after the playoff loss in January, and clearly, he wasn't the biggest problem.

Leaders will rub some people the wrong way at times, so some criticism is to be expected, I believe. But that doesn't mean it's warranted.
