I was referring to pure passing ability. Those Miami teams never had a running game and rarely had a better than average defense. I'm not a fan of evaluating individuals based upon how many games or championships their teams won, even QBs. But I get that that's the way these QB debates go. Wise choice because you are wrong. Marino led teams with excellent defenses and very good running games into the playoffs on several occasions and it was he that spit the bit. Our pal @Mondo Jay put together a nice little dissertation on this very topic back on the old FN boards and that was the end of that debate.
