I was referring to pure passing ability. Those Miami teams never had a running game and rarely had a better than average defense. I'm not a fan of evaluating individuals based upon how many games or championships their teams won, even QBs. But I get that that's the way these QB debates go. I'm just not interested in dying on that hill today.
And yet, when Marino threw multiple interceptions, the Dolphins were 1-9. When he threw one or fewer picks, they were 7-1. And in the last 6 losses in the playoffs, the Dolphins scored 66 total points.

I can see someone's been a bit trigger today and is in serious mode.

In a bar fight, Favre would beat the shit out of both of them. Brady wouldn't be tough and would probably concede after a headlock

I don't know. It's tough to stay quick on your feet and fight well while you're all downed out on pain killers.

I know your kidding because you know Brady is in the top 10 of consecutive starts all-time twice. Guy takes hard shots and gets right back up. Favre was tough and sure those oxy's he was taking helped

He was a baaaaad mother. Favre was that guy that was always looking to fight the toughest guy anywhere he went when he was young. And I don't see QBs nowadays standing up to an All Pro DT like Warren Sapp on the field.

really? I guess you didn't watch the Houston game on Sat or the AFCG vs Denver last year , or even KC the week before
and then he scores on next play, look around 1 min mark

Eli,Rivers,Ryan and Brady are the constant guys who don't take games off. Brady played in the 09 playoffs with 3 broken ribs and broken finger. This year he played with a leg brace

Definitely the way to beat the Pats. I usually enjoy watching him get hit so thanks for the video. ;)

That's the way you beat any good QB luckily he has been stellar vs no#1 ranked D's in playoffs. Giants rushed the shit out of Rodgers the first Q and I believe they had negative yards with the 2 big sack lossses, but either the O-line stepped up or NY got away, they got smoked the next 3 Q;s. You cant give elite QB's time to throw

It seemed like the Giants just quit all together after the first Q, maybe the drops by Beckham, one that would have put them up 10-0 not sure. They all stood around when Matthews stripped ELi or that Hail mary pass before half-time? The shot to Jordy to his ribs in 10 degree weather :L out of frustration

Wise choice because you are wrong. Marino led teams with excellent defenses and very good running games into the playoffs on several occasions and it was he that spit the bit. Our pal @Mondo Jay put together a nice little dissertation on this very topic back on the old FN boards and that was the end of that debate.

Sorry I missed it. I'd love to read about these "several occasions" Marino's Dolphins had excellent defenses and very good running games. They never had both at once... not even close.
