I think Queensryche and Judas Priest should be 5 seeds or higher. The Temptations need to be on the list somewhere. Simon and Garfunkel, Three Dog Night, Steve Miller, Yes, The Rascals, The Ramones, David Bowie, Hall and Oates, Dion and the Belmonts, Eric Clapton, Elton John, The Black Crowes, Billy Joel and Wings have to be considered. And how can we have a top 64 without KISS?

Ok. Here is how I am seeding the 1s and 2s.

and no, you dont have to be from that region to be seeded there.

Liverpool Region

1 Beatles
2 Queen
3 Aerosmith
4 Bruce Springsteen
5 Bob Marley

Nashville Region

1 Led Zepplin
2 Elvis Presley
3 The Eagles
4 Metallica
5 Jerry Lee Lewis

Cleveland Region

1 Pink Floyd
2 The Rolling Stones
3 The Who
4 Alice in Chains
5 Chuck Berry

Whisky a GoGo Region (L.A.)

1 Beach Boys
2 The Doors
3 Jimi Hendrix
4 Lynyrd Skynyrd
5 The Clash

Any changes. Lets stop here and focus on the first 20 in. Any should absolutely NOT be in. Any that ABSOLUTELY should be in?

There is no way you can have Alice In Chains on there you when you lack The Kinks, The Moody Blues, AC DC, just to name a few. Hell Alice in Chains is NIT at Best

Oh sure, absolutely. Eddie V isn't exactly a rocker anymore, so I get where you're coming from. For what they were during their hayday in the grunge era, I'd say an 8 is fair.

Some others that I'd consider for your upcoming slots -

STP - 9
The Cars - 6
38 Special - 8
The Smashing Pumpkins - 6
Billy Joel - 7
Boston - 10
Chicago - 9
Weezer - 11
Cream - 12

Some Cinderella low seeds I'd consider are Blink-182, Huey Lewis & The News, and Rod Stewart (or is he too adult contemporary?)

WEEZER OMG this has to be a joke

A fine list but if the Kinks are not a top 64 Band then I am just a misguided rocker

Fair enough, we could knock out either Rainbow or Thin Lizzy for The Kinks.

Also, as much as I love AIC I agree they shouldn't be top 20

I sent Mamba a PM suggesting he not post the bracket as he goes, to many people will try to influence his decision. He just needs to make the list to the best of his ability and go from there. One thing I learned in my 50 years is you can never make everyone happy.
