I've met Sherman a couple of times. He is absolutely a great guy and any fan who asks him for his autograph or a pic, even fans from other teams, he doesn't even flinch and does it with a big smile.

He talks a lot of smack, but it's his competitive fuel on and off the field. If he was subpar CB, then he wouldn't have the right to do this. But he continues to play at a pro-bowl level and brings it every game. Watching him go against Boldin and Davis last night was beyond impressive. Both those guys are beasts in size compared to Richard, but he doesn't back down no matter what the size of the guy he's assigned to cover on plays, and disrupted the hell out of them.

I'll take Tillman as a representative of my team. Not as good in coverage, but a better leader, and just a great all-around guy.
