For your information I was never banned from anything. I went by the name Mentalluv999 on ESPN from 05 to 07. Then I took a break for awhile because of military demands and personal issues. And I haven't "lurked" here til the middle of the 13-14 season when I was looking for some message boards to read. I'm not Briz because I don't start threads about how uber awesome the Patriots are. He was annoying on espy board talking every Florida Gator that turned out to be busts. Remember when the Pats drafted Chad Jackson? And I'm just now joining because for awhile my PTSD was making me nervous to interact with other people. And I'm just trying to beat that fear. Read all my posts, up until this thread I did nothing but have good conversations with fans of all different teams.

ESPN and NFL are always behind the curve when it comes to stories that put the NFL in a bad light.

Just Google "Patriots" right now. Every other major outlet is on it.

I can't provide a direct link since I'm on my iPhone, but if you read that link, then click on the link that said they reached an agreement in the summer of 2013. You'll see that this is old news, and the man got paid. This case is over and has been over for awhile now. So no fines, no suspensions, time to talk football lol

Almost 100 posts of Pats fans saying this is made up and this didn't happen, and now in the matter of a few minutes you are not just admitting that it did happen but are saying "who cares, let's talk football"?

Give me a break. The topic of this thread is still valid...the Pats did something to screw over a player. Had they not, there wouldn't be a settlement to buy silence.

Because there is NFL medical stuff going on with the DEA so the NFL is submitting court papers on all things medical. The discussion of this is something that was submitted with all that, and picked up on.
