The irony to me (outside the framework of this thread) Is...there once was a team out in the far reaches of the NW that made it to the playoffs with 7 wins. Funny to see all the same arguments used against them ‘deserving the playoffs, let alone a HOME playoff game’. out for display against the NFCE years later.

I didn’t even think the Seahawks deserved to be in the playoffs let alone host a playoff game that year

There are many Skins fans and NFCE fans who feel the same. Week to week league. Not me, that’s why you play the game IMO.

I'll never argue a 7-9 team should be on the road cause those are the rules. The reality is yes Seattle won the division but should have played on the road.

I mean there’s not a lot you can with the current rules in place. There would need to be a big overhaul to the current format, and there are more pressing issues that need to be addressed

That’s cool. I remain an advocate of a division winner getting the home field game. Rarely does it happen that a 7-9 team is a division winner so it doesn’t bug me in the big picture of things

For sure I don’t get why so many people get mad about, those are the rules and it’s not like this happens every year.

Seahawks fans are so insecure it's unreal. The Seahawks are not a premiere contending team this season.

He literally chucked the guy 5 yds down field on a dead sprint. Henry at full speed I would just step aside. No need for broken bones getting trucked by him.

Yeah, he really was. Did almost the same thing in Arizona on SNF in 2014 for 79 yards. Posterized Peterson and the safety Johnson(?) I think it was.

Browns lose to the Jets and only drop 1 spot while remaining a spot in front of Seattle? How bad did Seattle beat those Jets a few weeks ago? I know you don't like the Seahawks but it's comical that you have them ranked 11th... You drop the Colts 4 spots for losing to the Steelers (11-3 team) but only drop Cleveland 1 for losing to the Jets (1-13 team)... Very inconsistent but hey, it's you're rankings...

Guessing you are not aware Browns played without nearly all of their LBs, DBs, WRs and down 2 OLman and a backup? Or just don't think it matters?

Another similar team is the Ravens who only have two wins against playoff teams - and one of those wins will be the NFC East winner which barely counts. The other is the Colts who might actually miss the playoffs.

Yep, with Browns taking their first loss against a team with a losing record guessing KC the only team who has not lost to a bad team.
