what am i missing here?
2 td 1 int
lolHe's the Jesus Christ of Bears QBs
Thing is, as of right now, was it worth it to give up what the Bears gave up to get him? Or are there other QBs available that could complete 4 of 7 passes for 107 yards with no TDs?
I get it. You like is upside. Great. He hasn't looked bad, and maybe he will develop into something elite, but, in my opinion, it's way too early to start calling out people who criticized the pick, because they still gave up a lot more than just one pick to get him.
4 of 7 a little over 100 yards and NO TDs.
Kind of dumb to tout that trade on today's game.
who says you have a franchise qb?Meh. The trade value actually favored the Bears as point-values per pick. They gave up two 4ths and a 3rd to get the guy they wanted. Big deal. They could very well recoup those picks with a couple of moves, and how many 4th rders turn out to be more valuable than a franchise QB?
Well, obviously they do.who says you have a franchise qb?
Not if you're a Bear's fan, maybe?
I might be wrong, but don't most franchise QBs make the players around them look better?
Right, they got a good back and safety...using the limited amount of info available...then everything else is yet to be seen...I believe the thread is about the ENTIRE draft, not just that trade.
Not bitter at all...just loving how defensive the Bear's fans on here areBitter Packers fan, still wallowing in broken collarbones.
