According to JDR the game plan stays the same.. Or somewhat the same..
They put the ball in McGloin's hands when the chips were down and all momentum was loss to ice the Colts!!
McGLOIN wings that ball to Amari Cooper, first down game over!!

One of the reasons I wanted to start Cook haha. If Cook played well the Raiders could get a payday. If Mcgloin plays well only he gets a payday. But, gotta trust Jack to play who he feels gives the team the best chance to win

LOl, let's make a deal.. I want their 1st, 2nd and 5th round draft picks!!
Nah dude, Cook is just behind right now to put him in the starting lineup.. He has the tools no doubt, and the RAIDERS will groom him into a good QB, maybe even a great QB?!
For these games though it's the Mad Matt McGloin show.. If he puts a good show on?? Reggie won't give away free

With all the drama going on about Carr, McGloin, etc
The RAIDERS have Mack and Irvin along with the return of MEJ and McGee to go along with a defense that's getting a lot of TOs!! And let's not forget the RAIDER OL which is a TOP 2 unit in the league and beastly run game..
The RAIDERS are a GOOD team..

Looks like the RAIDERS are the model for how to build a franchise from scratch!!

Not to long ago the RAIDERS had NOTHING!! No cap money, foundation players, draft picks, NOTHING!!
Now here we sit with All Pros, pro bowl players, impact rookies, 12-3, etc,etc,etc..

This RAIDER vs Bronco game should be pretty good, regardless of injured players.
Here we have two bitter rivals facing off in the last game of the season in Denver, with the AFCW on the line for the RAIDERS!! Then you have that Kubiak drama, etc, etc.. There should be some fireworks!!

CWood said it best, Carr!! 7 come from behind victory's, first playoffs since 2002, and great numbers, great leader, and teammate.. He's NOT some freaking CHEATER!! Derek Carr is everything you hope for in a QB, and the face of the NFL!! Do the right thing for once..

In fact, the RAIDERS went from SB contenders to the Browns according to those people on TV for crying out loud!!

Just doesn't seem right that a team loses 4 games should be playing a road game vs a team with 7 losses. I get it Houston won their division and Oakland lost. Maybe it's something I haven't noticed since they have missed playoffs for so long. Maybe division winners should determine who makes and misses playoffs. But not sure a team with 7 losses should be hosting a playoff game. You are basically rewarding a team for having crappy division opponents.

It looks like the RAIDERS packed it in with the Derek Carr injury!!
They showed no heart, passion, fire and on top of it, got another QB injured!!

I have NEVER seen a team just lay down like that and take it, EVER!! I felt shame just coming on here and posting for crying out loud. The losing didn't really bother me as much, cuz ALL teams lose. Just laying down to a WEAK team and taking it without fight did bother me!!

Anyways, on the playoffs, and our matchup with the Texans!! Will the RAIDERS put up a FIGHT and give the Texans a good game, or will they sit and cry that Carr is injured?! Stay tuned!!
