Its ridiculous. Once they mature those drama filled games will turn into ass whoopings and hopefully by the end of the year Jack has them turning it around, they have too much talent. Also, i remember Idaho when i used to make gameday threads and it was pretty much you and me lol. Couple seasons ago before my exile.

Yeah, the RAIDERS should of put this team away, but mental mistakes are getting the better of us right now..
Key flags, drops, etc.. And like you said Jack should have this team playing even better as the year moves along.. To much talent for it to be playing poorly..

I think every RAIDER board on the net should have a fan backing it.. We make one super thread and just roll with it.. A lot fans pop in and out at one point or another..

Couple years there i would look at the Raiders W-L record and wonder what it would look like if they had more discipline. No more excuses for these guys, the time to turn the corner hopefully is this year, otherwise i would be SF worried....ugh.

The RAIDERS should be 3-0 right now.. But mental errors on the D side of the ball along with key flags and some drops cost us the game last week.. You can't win a lot of games in this league when you play like that..

The RAIDER D played like we all know they can, they looked fast swarming and hard hitting!!
Now we need to cut down on the flags and the drops and we will be right there in the end..

First game playing for our prized first round pick Karl Joseph, and what an impact he made!!
Heck, shout out to Cory James rookie MLB for playing some good D.. Calhoun and Ward playing good as well..
Shoot, Watson went down and rookie Vandel stepped right in at RT and held his own!!
Not to mention Rookies Washington and Richards beasting.. That is what you call, bang for the buck from our class!!

The RAIDERS need to focus and clean up the mental mistakes they are making.. Mistakes like that cost teams games at some point or another.. They taking TDs off the board because of mental mistakes or silly flags!!
Dropping wide open passes that would go for TDs!! You can't play like that if you want to make some real noise..

Talent can only take you so far in this league, its the other parts of the game that make good teams great..
We have the talent, now improve the mental part of the game.. Then its on!!

The book on Reese.. Can play FB, TE,RB and WR.. Pro Bowl player!! Would be a good fit for a vet team that knows how to use players with his skill set.. We just have to many young players to keep him.. And we resigned his clone in Olawale who is younger.. Good player solid player.. Bummer
