why would you want to?
I just like Donny baseball...no real reason to back it up.
why would you want to?
that hasn't been true this year, for the most part
Wazzzz upppp bitches
The BoSox hit 2 anomoly grand slam hr's to win 2 games against a crap bullpen, shoddy D that Victorino wouldn't have even been up to bat. Detroit had poor baserunning and what is Leyland doing pitching a righty against Ortiz with a lefty in the bullpen that had given up only 2 hits in 18 at bats to David?
No wonder Leyland retired. He lost it. BoSox have a scrappy squad but missing the bat of Napoli in STL will have a negative impact. I'm not a big fan of the bottom of your order to begin with and you have to lose Napoli?
Both teams are similarly built but STL won't give you games like Detroit handed you and you're not popping late game slammers to win games.
We also faced better pitching in LA than we'll face vs BoSox and we get Allen Craig back, arguably our best hitter, and the most clutch RBI hitter in the Majors at .455 with RISP.
These birds will be chirpin' all week and will take it in 6 games back in Boston with Wacha building the casket and Rosenthal hammering in the final nail.
It's going to be extremely entertaining and even non-fans should be glued to the TV. If you like traditional fundamental baseball, it will be on display starting tomorrow night.

What up 10ac
So, you confident?
cardinals lose this one.
Red Sox in 6
I laugh at people thinking Craig is going to be what he was before he got hurt.
Don't think this is another series where your opposition loses. C'mon, Leyland made poor
decisions, the poor defense and error at short cost them that 6th game and they had
a lousy bullpen.
Cardinals won't lose this one like Detroit did.
If you're going to win, you're going to have to play far more consistently than you did
against Detroit to win this and frankly, I don't think you will.
STL in 6.
When you can't refute as argument, then the next best thing is to bury your head
in some chawder and laugh....
Who is saying that?
I laugh at people thinking Craig is going to be what he was before he got hurt.
Red Sox havent lost a World Series game in 27 years
