The Boston Red Sox are holding a Winter Weekend this weekend for the staff and fans.

Several thousand fans paid $95 to attend a function yesterday and started the weekend by booing GM Chaim Bloom and Owner John Henry.

Fans decided that the best way to express their rage over allowing Xander Boegarts to sign with the Padres and JD to go to the Dodgers was to drown out their bullshit with booing.

Makes one wonder if they actually got the message??

I think Friedman ruined the plan

The timeline he turned it around was sick and absurd and unlikely to be replicated

Bloom moved in the right direction, and frankly if he sold the last 2 summers they’d be in a killer spot going forward

I think this is going to be a guy who does the same thing as bloom, just a new name and new clock
