I have to give Wash credit. He pushed all the right buttons tonight aside from the Ross fiasco, which wasn't a terrible move IMO with all the lefties coming up. The move to pull Holland and go to Oswalt. The move to let Ian hit, and bunt Elvis. All correct moves.

They did, but Seattle got hosed on the Packer's touchdown drive on the bogus PI call on third down that all the announcers said wasn't a foul. If that bad call isn't made, the Packers have to punt there, and would have then trailed at the end of this game, even without that blown last call.

No one will remember that becasue the call at the end of the game was so bad, but the reality is that the refs gave each team a touchdown they didn't deserve.

Ok so Yu darvish pitches today, and is set up for Sunday also. If he goes on schedule of 5-6 days of rest he is lined up to pitch Game 1 for us in the first round.

Before last night Holland had 6 consecutive quality starts, and in each of his last four starts pitched at least 7 innings and allowed two or fewer runs.

Yeah he's just been garbage.

i didn't say he was garbage. i am concerned with his season-long trouble of giving up homers and yes i know he had 6 quality starts before last night.
