I was sitting in a bar/restaurant and when he tried to bunt for the 3rd strike there was a collective uproar among the patrons.

I was yelling at the TV. The fact that he was bunting in the first place was garbage.

......excellent point.

It's the 4th inning.....no outs.....the guy is only hitting over .400......Perfect time to bunt a guy to 3rd for the # 8 and # 9 guys in our lineup, who are hitting slightly less than this guy, collectively.
