I could see us going after a FA outfielder this offseason and maybe opening the season with Martinez, FA and Garcia but things can and will change

I think Duran will play LF when Jung returns and not sure about CF and even Garcia the way he is performing now.

If our front office still has any hopes of making the playoffs, they need to be looking into all of those guys except for Giolito. Either Renfroe or Grichuk would improve our lineup, and either of those relievers would boost our bullpen.

I would love to have both of those relievers.

And it will depend on what Duran does over the last 5 weeks. Over the last 3 weeks he has hit .323 with an OPS of .854. If the next 5 weeks are anything like the last 3, he is pretty much guaranteed an everyday spot here in 2024, most likely LF.

You may be right but things could change depending on what the team does during offseason. The only positions guaranteed are C(Heim), 1B (Lowe), 2B (Semien), SS (Seager), 3B (Jung) and OF Garcia). Hell we don’t know who’s going to DH, LF or CF and we won’t until after free agency and maybe even ST

Some quick math says if Duran keeps up his pace of the last three weeks, over the next 5 weeks he will finish with the following slash line.

Also, earlier in the season he put up numbers a good bit better than these for several weeks, so thinking he could keep this up is not a big stretch.

I think they have so much to do, that improving on Duran's production, in that case I gave, would rank very far down the list. In fact, I don't see why they would even want to if that does happen.
