Not his style to do that but GM sets bad precedent for players. I.e. Giles last year. I usually try to take high road on public board but comments were unnecessary and counterproductive to Houston. Hope it comes back to bite them. Bet they wished they unloaded Singleton at the right time. But they got their contract.

I only mean if Colby has physical setbacks in his return from injury. Then I may be on the waiver wire at that point. Just saying there are options out there in that event.

Colby won't be back until first week of September. So we will not know until after the waiver deadline.

Sounds like they might have been better trading a prospect for a bullpen arm.
