That's okay.

His team building was a very strong suit back 10 years ago or so. It was so strong it overcame his weakest suit.

His hiring of Banny was fine, but since he has only hired two managers his first big mistake still makes it weak overall. A good hire here would help in that regard.

I would have liked to have seen what Banny could have done with a really talented team.

I think he will have a good career as a manager before it is all said and done.

I hope the whiny players are out of here soon whoever they are. Or maybe they will grow up.

I will say though that hiring Wash wasn't nearly as much of a mistake as it was in keeping him when he proved to be such an inept in-game manager.
