No More "Bullpen Failure" - maybe
Let's hope this managerial change doesn't mess up our draft the way the last one did. lol
And who wants to take a team with a few more years of rebuilding? Maybe someone hungry and young.I sure hope they find the right guy. Firing and/or keeping managers is definitely Daniels' weakness.

That's okay. He's hired two, and both took the Rangers to the postseason. So I'm gonna go ahead and disagree with you there.
That's okay.
His team building was a very strong suit back 10 years ago or so. It was so strong it overcame his weakest suit.
His hiring of Banny was fine, but since he has only hired two managers his first big mistake still makes it weak overall. A good hire here would help in that regard.
Wash.what are you referring to as "his first big mistake"?
Where there is smoke there is fire.
I will say though that hiring Wash wasn't nearly as much of a mistake as it was in keeping him when he proved to be such an inept in-game manager.Wash.
It kind of had to be Wash since he has only hired two managers. lol
Kind of surprised, thought they would wait till season was over.
I really wish so many Rangers fans didn't immediately run to "fire JD!"
I expect our ownership could find a whole lot worse to hire in his place. People don't understand what they are asking for.I really wish so many Rangers fans didn't immediately run to "fire JD!"
I don't want him fired, but those who do could completely forget about Nolan and still have some beefs with JD. He has made mistakes before Nolan left and since. It does get old that old Nolan contingent
I wonder if Tim Bogar will get any consideration.
