It would be harsh if that were the only questionable thing he has done over the years. There are several things. They have all been discussed at length on this board and others.

Also, JD isn't the only one to blame. Ownership is helping to steer the ship as well.

Ok I get that and have agreed that developing pitchers has been an obvious flaw. We may disagree on some others. Surely not a deal breaker to me. However.....

It looks like JD has totally reinvented the organization with an enhanced analytical approach. New hires top to bottom, FO to on the field. This showed in the draft with the college picks as well even that Baylor pitcher. Utilizing all resources in the game.

He has went in different directions before though. Banny was a new approach at one time. Lots of waves of changes in the minors over the past dozen years or so.

Remember I have been at odds with JD over rebuilding before and I have been at odds with him over the Hamrls and Lucroy trades. There were several other things as well, including Wash and Odor.

I have been close to the point of giving up on our present regime for quite some time. That is why I would lose all confidence if they change directions midstream. "IF"

I actually think they will be sellers in a few weeks.
