I think, as it stands now, this team is capable of going into a semi-slump for a month at a time. I would like to fix that.

It's not waking them up as much as helping them to not go to sleep for the better part of a month again. Mostly it is to keep that from happening in October.

I do think one hitter could help significantly in the postseason and two would be even better.
