I think the revocable waivers went out with the changing of the deadline to a real deadline.

When you DFA someone, I believe you have to put them on irrevocable waivers within a small window of time. If it is before the deadline you can work out a trade prior to placing them on waivers. I think!?!?

I think so during the window that passed. Now there are no trades like you said but the kicker is whoever claims him now picks up his contract which is not going to happen
I think we keep him and see how he does in the spring.

He did well in ST this year, but as usual, ST performances mean very little.

This is what I thought about him from day one. My opinion never really improved.

This guy just seems to be someone else to get in the way of our young starters. He might be a little better than Lyles.

Probably around 5.00 or greater.

Hearn, Allard, Cody, Phillips, and Dunning are all very close. By this time next year there will be at least 3 or 4 more guys who are very close.

Alihara is a 5.00 ERA pitcher at best. We didn't need to sign a guy to a 2 year deal to get that.

The Rangers didn’t see him as a spare when they entered the biding war for him. Hind sight always sees everything

Every bit of news will be analyzed thoroughly for awhile, I would imagine. Kind of like we did last December when we signed the spare.
