Me too. I wish we would've called up him sooner like I wanted to. NightCrawler would like it too because it makes Moreland expendable. I'd like to see Rua pack on some muscle over the off-season.

IMO Moreland has made himself expendable and it has nothing to do with anyone else.

I agree that MM has made himself expendable, but you still need someone to replace him. He was still our back up 1B and DH. Don't give me Rosales either. Rua can be that guy and has played a good 1B too.

I hope you're right then..... I doubt We'll see Rua get hurt every year, show nothing, and be given an undeserved chance and starting role the following season. The same pattern we always see with MM.

I see nothing wrong with Mitch as a backup. I don't want to count on him being the everyday DH or the everyday 1B though. His being able to play the OF would be beneficial as well.

Maybe we better count on Prince as back up and DH and find a 1st b. Rua may be the answer but Moreland needs to go.
