Beltre is 3-3 with a 333 batting average. A lot of 3's there.
Wash was thinking squeeze all the way with Sardinas.Rangers played some very smart baseball this inning...
Now let's see if Yu can get his first complete game, whatta say?

They said Justin Kutcher and Bert Blyleven are announcing.

Oops....guess not
Cotts is on today...
Wastin, you da man with the thread. I don't expect a sweep with Lewis, but you never know.
Would have been his second, he got his first a couple weeks ago. Probably would have gone back out had they not scored the runs in the bottom of the 8th. I was hoping for fantasy points Yu would have gotten the complete game shutout but oh well, I will take the points he got.
Really....damn it.....I missed that one completely. Who was it against?
Nice game, regardless, and to get our 14th SO is sweet too; even if it is the Twins.
Beggars can't be choosers.
Would like to see him get things figured out, he was so good last year
And does anyone know, is Pena considered a decent/good 1st baseman?

Yu Darvish sinks Marlins with complete-game shutout
Rangers ace Yu Darvish had achieved just about everything this season aside from a complete-game shutout. And Wednesday he did that as well.
Darvish yielded just six hits with three walks and 10 strikeouts in blanking Miami. He has recorded double-digit strikeout totals in four of his last six starts and has seven quality starts in a row. His 2.11 ERA ranks third in the American League among starters.
He now owns a 7-2 record. He will try to make it 8-2 when he pitches Tuesday night in Oakland.
We all know how that one in Oakland worked out.........Damnit
