I hear interesting stories about both.

Boone was taking it easy on his teammates in scrimmages, and JD pulled him aside and said, essentially "You are paid to hit people. Go do that". Next scrimmage, he had someone lined up and backed off. Didn't get another shift, JD pulled him to the locker room. That was the day before yesterday.

I am happy JD is here. Hope it pisses Jenner off and makes him a wrecking ball.

For Erixon, the rumor is the discussion was "Are you going to whine about being in the AHL or are you going to play no matter where we send you?", and the answer gave the team reason to think the best thing was to drop him to the A.
