Any official word why Teodo missed his last start? If not then CY was probably dangling him as trade bait.

Nothing. Our local media guys leave a lot to be desired sometimes. Why they wouldn't ask about him is beyond me.

Izack had a great High-A debit this evening.

100% not saying the season is over but

There is a reason why there have not been WS repeaters in 20 years

WS hangover, fatigue emotionally and physically w/long season hurts

We can still win but something has to click and need a few players to carry us but
If we don’t win, we have a solid window and other windows are diminishing

In the meanwhile do your best to enjoy the ride.

The hard part is over
We won the WS & return as champs

And the past one strike away is fading away

Stil stand by the eye test says no but anything is possible especially since division is lagging
You hit with fatigue and being spent emotionally.
Garcia is the tough one. He seems to play well in the bright light moments. I have seen better players just choke in big games
Hard to say what happens to him.
I am interested in seeing what we get out of Degrom when he gets back here.

Foscue and Crim both with two hits. One of Foscue's was a HR amd one of Crim's was a double. Newcomer, Walter Pennington throws 1.2 shitout innings. He struck out 2 and gave up no hits and 1 walk.

If the Rangers could some how get on a streak and get Mahle back and then Degrom in a few weeks this pitching staff could be better than last years. I like our relievers better than last years. SP would depend on Degrom and Mahle. The early signs look good for Mahle.
We would just need a couple of bats to come alive.
All of this is probably unlikely but I still hold out for some hope.

It's odd. All of the Frisco coaches in the dugout got tossed and the 2B and CF for the Missions were tossed.

a name i haven't heard much about from our minor league teams that use to intrigue me is Trevor Hauver. i take it he has been hitting because no one ever mentions him but he's played a lot of LF and RF

another minor leaguer i would like to see up at Texas is S. Fabian who plays all 3 outfield positions with 79 of 87 games in RF. he could also give Garcia a long-needed rest in RF
