9 went back after winning their Super Bowl debut. 7 never went again. Kind of surprising how more of the winners have gone back than those that have not.

- Len Dawson lost Super Bowl I and then won in Super Bowl IV
- Bob Griese lost Super Bowl VI and then won back to back in VII and VIII

Think Staubach was on Cowboys team that lost Super Bowl V, but Craig Morton played... and then won in Super Bowl VI.
