God, that organization is a shit show from the top. Snyder is a total P.O.S. I was listening to Alex Smith on the Rich Eisen show talking about it. He said the disfunction in the building and the outside noise permeates everything and it was hard to drown out the distractions. Rivera probably makes things better but they really need new ownership.
