It's the opposite for me. I live in a residential area just inside city limits and people bring kids by the van load into our neighborhood. I stopped participating probably 10 years ago due to the overload of kids. I just go out for the night, often to a movie (went to the meh at best Venom movie this time).
I lived in a neighborhood like that in Houston. We’d give away 1,000 candy bars and turn off the lights after that.

They have to take on a large contract next season but worth it for the Commanders imo, That greatly improves their playoff prospects.

I said it yesterday and I will say it again.

It is absolutely ridiculous that Loomis was allowed to announce the firing of Dennis Allen and wasnt the first one fired.

....

Lattimore's dead cap hit next season is $34m to the Saints.

BEFORE this dead cap hit, the Saints were already going to be over $70M OVER the cap next season. This just makes it worse. So now they dont have 1 good player, take an even bigger dead cap hit and all they got back for it was a 3rd and a 4th rounder.

Yeah, I'm not up for being candy welfare. If you're in my neighborhood, sure (and there really aren't very kids on our street).

Steelers got Mike Williams from the Jets for a 5th and Preston Smith from the Pack for a 7th. Solid work.

So no late nights for now on for the team and players, bed time at 8. Got to get up early for the paper and call the psper company if that delivery boy is one minute late with the paper.

Dallas got WR Jonathan Mingo from Carolina for a 4th rounder?

Baltimore only gave them a 5th rounder for a better WR in Diontae Johnson. And Pittsburgh only gave up a 5th rounder to the Jets for Mike Williams.....

Yikes. Jerry really gotta give up the GM duties.....
