Yeah, Graham has made fairly clear that this is kind of a victory lap final season. He's an important Eagle vet leader in the locker room and a good role model for the perseverance reasons @fightinfunbags noted. But he's basically a situational role player at this point who won't see the field much.

Yeah he’s 10-14 snap a game guy. His real impact will be in extra coach in the DL meeting room.

This is kind of weird. Seems like he thinks they have some sort of rivalry with a squad that is in the middle of a dynasty yet they have no rings.

Is Harbaugh hitting that Cali weed already? What is going on here?

Cooper Rush or Trey Lance probably going to be the next QB for Dallas once Dak walks as a FA.

And Lamb may be the next elite receiver to request a trade.

How would anyone know how good he is when healthy?

He was outstanding at the back-end of 2022, but that was 2022. If he's healthy now then maybe, but not definitely, he could still be a good RB. No surprise to see him on a minimum wage contract with no guarantees.

and that's pretty much what he is worth right now. He was healthy last year and rushed for 33 yards (with 16 of them in week 18) on a team that likes to spread the carries around

He was healthy? Weird.

He played in 3 games last season.

Well, they spread the carries between RB1 and QB1. :heh:
I know very little about Gainwell. His Draft bio indicated good blocking and receiving skills. That type of back-up RB tends to get game-day roster spots and situational snaps ahead of replacement RB1 types who are breakaway runners but lack an all-round game. I don't remember Penny being much of a blocker. I could be wrong. If Swift had been hurt, (which obviously didn't happen), Penny might have been the RB1 ahead of Gainwell.

Correct. Penny was an adventure and unreliable in pass pro and that’s why he wasn’t even active most games.

With Tua getting 212M for 4 years, what do you think the Packers are going to give Love and for how long?
