here's a good article spelling out the issue.

This looks frivolous to me -
Jackson has applied for trademarks of phrases that include the number 8.
Aikman is applying for trademarks that use the single all-capitals word EIGHT.

No reasonable person would be inclined to confuse one for the other.

Had a teammate die, wouldn’t be odd to take a medication for the first time immediately afterward.
