I have to agree with Matthew Berry's analysis on Arthur Smith. He is trying his best to hide his quarterback. I'm not sure it will matter at all what other teams take away because he has no trust in his quarterback to make plays. Last year even when they were losing they still wouldn't throw the ball. Really glad I have no shares of London or Pitts in any leagues that involve money because I have no idea how you start those guys with any kind of confidence in any game because the matchups don't even matter. Hell they ran it 40 times against the 49ers last year and won.

Can't start them unless desperate, gotta hold out hope ATL gets a real QB and modern offense by the time they turn 25

Had him in a seasonal league thought perhaps ATL would put the ball in air a bit more this yr - - - wasted pick, just dropped him for ww fodder. Some may say, but it's only been a week - - I say it's been over a yr.

He was one of my targets but didn't fall to me in any of my leagues. Less disappointed now, and may hit up his owner in my dynasty league to buy low.

Ridder is just not a strong NFL prospect IMO. Slow release, middling arm and shaky accuracy. He can run, but he's more of pocket QB. Good in college and won, but not all that projectable to success in the pros. Could be a career top backup, but as a starter?

Accuracy would be the main issue - the rest is okay for a game-manager QB.

4 full years as a starter in college and 23 to start his rookie season, not a lot of expected upside left. That's why I see him more as a priority backup personally.

Well, they think he's at least better than Mariota. But yeah, it's hard to get more accurate over time. Shaq's free throws are proof. Maybe you either have that in you or you don't.
