So I was just thinking about Kyle Pitt’s value. In a redraft PPR format he is right around 50 but what about in a start-up dynasty.

I’m in a 10 team 1/2 PPR dynasty (could be adding 2 more teams before the draft), so 50 is the end of round 5. He will go much higher in a dynasty.

Would you take him in round 2 depending on your slot?

It actually looks like Fantasy Pros has him ranked as #10 overall, in Tier 2, above some top RB’s including the rookie Bryce Hall.

Need an owner for those two teams?

I have been hearing some comments that Johnathon Taylor's usage is going to be reduced this year, that they are saying that Hines is you going to be used more. Has anyone else heard this? I had the 1st pick and am contemplating McCaffrey. 330 carries and 40 receptions last year was quite a load. But just wondering g how much Hines will make a dent in this numbers.
Wentz doesn't throw to RBs so Hines was wasted last year. There might be less yardage available total for Taylor to claim considering Hines and the short passing game will actually be utilized with Matt Ryan or NICK FOLES or really anyone else at QB. But Taylor is a freak and will get his regardless. If the overtall offense is better that could just mean more TDs.

N'Keal Harry has to rank with one of the worst 1st round picks ever, dontcha think?

Even Latrell Sprewell had a few moments in the sun.

Ty Montgomery carted off the feild..

Last blurb I saw was that there wasn't going to be a defined 'James White role' in the BB/Patricia offense anyways, but one less mouth to compete with Harris/Stevenson. Fine by me, although I do hope Ty is okay.

EJ Manuel was fun…

But worst pick in the first round in Buffalo modern history is 2009 Aaron Maybin…but that’s DE.

I mean Ryan Leaf can't be far off this conversation either. People forget that it really was a toss up for teams between him and Peyton Manning for the first pick. I'd say the Colts chose correctly though.

Thought for the day: six Packers will have 50 or more receptions this year, and none will have 80.

Except Russell was the #1 overall, Leaf was #2.

Also, Russell had way more talent than Leaf did. Therefore, I see him as a bigger bust because he just wasted all that talent by not caring about his job.

Excellent points. Chargers and Raiders fans can argue for years over who had the worst pick ever.

Another point in Leaf's favor - post NFL success. JaMarcus got his purple drank arrest with no indictment, but Leaf made it to state prison.
