Washington should absolutely stay out of the Rams search for Bradfords' replacement. Here are 5 reasons why.


1. He is the only competent QB behind RGIII


2. The long term starter here is not a settled issue (Remember Norm Snead?)


3. Washington will get little value in a trade that will be loaded with contingencies.


4. The better trade option for Washington would involve RGIII....And...That isn't going to happen.


5. Public relations: Blinded by the poor play of RGIII many are seeing KC as the better option at this point. That chorus is beginning to grow, so, it becomes a lose/lose proposition for D. Snyder. Play Cousins and swallow the loss of the trade that got RGIII here. Or play RGIII with bated breath and every conceivable body part crossed hoping that the chorus turns into a song.
