I think Welker is a gamer, he's not stupid. If he thinks he can still play then I look forward to watching him. The Rams are desperate for a receiver that can get separation early on a play. Maybe Wes can be that guy.

The Rams have absolutely no production from the slot receiver position this year. So whatever he does will be an improvement. I can't for the life of me can't figure out why Austin can't excel in the slot??

I just hope he's got something left and doesn't get himself killed trying to show it. Although... he can catch. So I guess that puts him right up near the top of the depth chart right off the bat.

I like the signing! Our offense needs some sort of spark, lets just hope he learns the offense real quick! Like Stedman, he probably wont see the field that much. Don't get me wrong, I have always like Stedman, he has came through with some pretty clutch catches. Now that it is out that he is a pot head, I guess I'm a little disappointed as he may do this again.
