This sounds a little off. If the player could hear it others should have been able to and the "fan" should have been thrown the hell out of the game. When someone does something wrong these days blaming the other party of racism seems to en vogue. If this did happen and security didn't toss the guy that stadium and it's practices need to be seriously looked into.

Even if this is real, who cares? I'm an African-American and being brought up in what some people call "the hood", I've heard and been called myself much worse.
