Question regarding mobile QB's.

why do we not use zone coverage instead of our usual man against them?

if we used a zone our DB's eyes would be toward the QB and give them a better opportunity to see him scramble, especially against a QB like robinson where they are bad at throwing into the gaps of a zone coverage. seems to be like a zone coverage against mobile QB's would result in more INT's and shorter QB scrambles...

am i flawed in my logic on this?

It's much more complicated than that. Nebraska plays a match-up zone. That means man principles inside zones.

formation? yes. but isn't Bo's defense notorious for being so complicated that its incredibly hard for youngins to learn?

It's all about communication en sech.

They be playing to a man inside a zone... They're not trying to keep the wr in front of them, they're being agressive with him... And he has to trust that another man will pick him up when he leaves his zone through communication en sech. That's about the extent of my knowledge of what Bo does.

I have no damn clue what carl and bo will be trying... Putting a spy on him the whole game apparently is completely out of the question.
