Promote Munchak to HC NOW

Upgrade for Munchak. Broncos are only a few years removed from a Super Bowl victory and are probably closer than the Steelers, LOL. Broncos have to get a better QB though.

Agreed. Its a win-win-win for Munchak if he can negotiate the same contract in Denver. 1) Same pay, 2) same city as his daughter, and 3) better lockerroom.

Easy choice if he doesn't have to take a pay-cut.

Steelers would be wise to lock up their PS guys to futures/reserves contracts before Munch leaves and takes people with him. RJ Prince & Patrick Morris were next in line to be Munch's projects.

I say about 50/50...if it was all Tomlin he could've taken a HC job LY.

Family is a big part, I'm sure his wife wants to be near grand kids as well, so given DEN was going to make the money work, it was an easy choice.

But at the same time...part of it has to be the soap opera that is Tomlin's Steelers.

I was hoping for Alan Faneca... But Sarrett has been here for a long time so he would have been my next choice.
