I am interested to see how the Fins' Oline and Dline play. Can the Fins' Dline develop a routine of dominance?

The Fins' Oline has a chance to make an early statement in the game. I don't think there are a lot of Dlines that present tougher matchups then what the Fins' Oline practices against.

It will also be good to see how other Fins players match up against players from a different team.

The DLine has all backups playing in the game. It is not a true look at the Fins' talent, however, it will keep the starters healthy. I've seen too many missed tackles by the team and penalties.

Warmsley just made a big sack & drew a penalty on the next play. He's making an impact. Fede made some plays also when he was in.

The offense needs work. That said, it's only early preseason so the team has time to improve. Matt Moore isn't playing well so far in this game. It's early in the 2nd quarter 10-0 Giants.

B McCain just made a great play to get an INT.

Moore had some nice throws on the following drive that led to a long FG.

Aikens caused a turnover. D Williams with a TD run. Good blocking by all. 10-10 game

Some more tackles by Warmsley.

C McCain showed some speed to get to the QB.

Grant has been making some nice catches as a WR. RB Pead is playing well. The Oline played well on the drive. Doughty led the drive with some excellent throws. 20-10 Fins

Didn't see game, nice to get W. Think next weeks game at Dallas will tell us a lot more.

I think the game against Dallas could be another step in the right direction for the Fins. The game vs Atlanta will be the most important for the starters though since they usually see the most playing time in the 3rd game.

I'm not taking too much stock in this game but the depth seems better. I would give the other G's a chance with the first team as they didn't look too hot. Grant was fantastic should free up Juice from the return duties.

Tunsil played later in the game and played well. He could be working his way into a starting LG spot.

Grant was catching the punts well in addition to the kickoffs. That was what he needed to show the most. He's progressing really well. He has shown on the college level he can play WR & he made some big plays in the first preseason game.

It was good also to see the Fins' coaching staff & players win that first game even if it's just preseason.
