That remains to be seen. Again, there is no quote from any Norman PD official. I'm not saying he's innocent. I'm saying we don't know what happened and no warrant has been issued. Just a bunch of official looking reports from unnamed sources at this point. Media is trying to make the news instead of reporting it.

The way the report reads, when they arrived at the diner, he was already gone or he would have been arrested on the spot. It says they then went to his dorm to arrest him, but he wasn't there either. They intend to return later.

They don't need an arrest warrant in a case like that.

Another report said they were waiting to determine whether arrest and issue a warrant till after they reviewed the security footage.

I've read similar reports as well. Again, we just need to see how this plays out. It's possible he was just there with the person who committed the assault. Not good, but better than if he did it himself, which is also a possibility. Something about this isn't adding up though. She had no idea who Mixon was, but is certain he hit her. Then she can't remember if she hit him first? Pretty obvious she's not telling the whole story. Again, not saying he's innocent, but her story raises more questions than it answers.

So, she is a Texas fan in Oklahoma selling drugs and picking on players that chose Oklahoma over Her favorite teaM?

Her rap sheet is for only one court case, drug dealing.

I know nothing about court proceedings but that court case had a bunch of entries and Amelia paid over $1400 in fines for dealing drugs in Oklahoma.
