Her probation ended because she violated the terms of her release, hence the filing of the M.O.A. She failed to comply with the orders of the court. It took the court three weeks to issue the warrant.

So she was out celebrating her bench warrant being issued, and Joe was out celebrating his 18th birthday.

She had Deferred Adjudication for all 3 counts but didn't fulfill her obligations to the court, not a smart move. She missed payments and didn't complete the drug education program.

If you yahoo her name, you can see what she looks like and her mug shot. She was partying way too much at the time. She's attractive, when her face isn't smashed in.

He hasn't been charged with anything per the Norman PD. How can one "avoid arrest" if they're not charged with anything yet? There is no warrant for his arrest because he hasn't been charged with anything.

If he showed up to the jail to be arrested and there are no charges against him, the people at the front desk would tell him to go away.

Is there another way to say this that you'll understand?

Possible charges (thus a warrant for his arrest) will be issued tomorrow (Monday).
