Isn't that pretty much what I said, dumbass?

He's said several times he thinks he did it, and may have been justified in doing so.

You came up with horseshit like bartender wasn't there. Only to backtrack and say you thought he hit him. Basically typed some BS to argue, even if you though you agreed. Now you want to be all "Mixon" on the Internet with the tough guy response.

The guy who called 911 did not witness the incident. Per his own statement he was in the back room.
Sheesh
The employee who called 911 explicitly said he did not see the incident personally, but mentioned the security camera multiple times.

and if you are wrong?
Hitting her is almost a certainty
1. 911 tape said a guy knocked her out
2. Girls says he hit her
3. Attorney said he "defended himself"
4. Girl getting surgery for broken bones in her face
Anyone want to bet me he didn't hit her? I will give odds
And mentioned multiple times she was hit. You don't think something like that spreads around a bar like a wild fire? Give me a break. I don't know if it was self-defense or not, but it is 10x more likely he hit her than the self defense explanation. There is a lot of circumstantial evidence of him hitting her. Next to nothing on the events that led to it
Make the bet. We can up with terms
I dare ya, I dare ya!
you sound like a little kid on the playground.....
1-nobody ever gets it wrong on a 911 call
2-of course she is going to, duh!
3-"As a result of these physical attacks, Joe instinctually defended himself against further harm." which is open to wide interpretation, ie: a shove?
4-nobody knows for sure if that is true, do they? one would think that a person would have a hard time going 5 days without an operation with those kind of injuries, wouldn't one?
and no, I won't bet, and not because I know I'd lose. but nice try, any way......
I personally believe he hit her, but that doesn't make a difference to me as long as it was in the process of a fight where he was defending himself from her physical attack.

1. 911 tape says the guy didn't see what happened. That he was in the back room.
2. Girl is her friend
3. Defended himself could have been a push
4. She could have fallen and hit it on a table.
There is not a 100% certainty without seeing the video.
No. I wouldn't take your bet because I believe he hit her defending himself from her physical attack.

It's far more believe able he just shoved her away and she faked her surgery. Anything is possible, not that isn't probable. Again even if he hit here, it may not be a crime.
