It was 4 improbable events. The likely likelihood of all 4 happening to explain it all away are about the same odds as hitting the lottery. Not to mention, you don't even buy it.

It's far more believe able he just shoved her away and she faked her surgery. Anything is possible, not that isn't probable. Again even if he hit here, it may not be a crime.
