Still walking the streets...

It's like the police don't even care. :noidea:
It's likely the prosecutor's office that is holding things up while they make a decision on who or who not to charge. Police make on scene, or just after incident, arrests. Otherwise, they will need a warrant which is issued through the prosecutor's office.

They are probably attempting to interview Amelia Rae Molitor.

She is part of the investigation.

but she is allegedly not in the state of Oklahoma and if the report was true, she should have undergone some kind of surgery by now and be in recovery, or so they say....:noidea:

Funny. I've already asked him if he was a 13 year old girl in the last day or so.

Then again it could have been Charlie. They're both equally dumbasses.

Hey, keep me out of your accusations. This is the second time you've confused me with codaxx.
You've pissed me off. I want to go off on you for trolling me, but I've decided to ignore you. I won't ever un-ignore you.

In other news, Huskers lead 6-5 to Bama posters being ignored by me.

Right.

They are in contact with her atty, but I'm sure they want to interview her personally.

Doesn't she have another legal matter she needs to get taken care of as well?

OU football: Joe Mixon investigation could last another week or more | News OK

The investigation involving Oklahoma freshman running back Joe Mixon could last another week or more, a Norman Police official said Wednesday.

“We are not closer to making an arrest,” Norman Police captain Todd Gibson told the Tulsa World in an e-mail. “and would anticipate having documentation to the Cleveland County District Attorney sometime late next week.”

In an e-mail to The Oklahoman, Gibson confirmed the Tulsa World report but said it could take even longer, calling the conclusion of the ongoing investigation “somewhat of a moving target.”
Norman Police continue to interview those involved in the incident that occurred early Friday morning at Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe just north of OU’s campus.

An altercation there around 2:30 a.m. led to Amelia Rae Molitor, 20, being struck in the face. Molitor alleges that Mixon hit her. She said she broke four bones.

Mixon’s attorney, Kevin Finlay, said earlier this week in a statement that his client had done nothing wrong.

Oklahoma’s players report Wednesday and preseason practice begins Thursday.

An OU spokesman said earlier this week that the incident was under internal review.

Mixon, a five-star recruit, has been expected to compete for immediate playing time.

I'm not sure why I just read 4 pages of argument on how "maybe he didn't hit her."?

She (130lb white chick) slapped him. He (220lb athlete) hit her with a closed fist and broke bones. The only thing that should be debatable at this point is whether or not he crossed the line. Whether or not he was truly and reasonably in fear for his safety, or whether he was just pissed off and overreacted (i.e. excessive force).

Ya know? What I've been saying all along?

Very fair question, and honestly a good one. Very on-point. To answer the question, I struggled with it. In the end, I sided that he was guilty (under any laws except Florida's ridiculous ones).

Dude created the confrontation, not Trevon. Dude was told to stand down by the dispatch, and he didn't. Dude then shot and killed a kid because he was being hit, from a confrontation that he played a big part in. Honestly, I thought it was a close call though.

In that case, dude (through his own faults) had a guy on top of him, hitting him, and his head being hit against the concrete. Even there, it is at least questionable.

Here, we have (again by all accounts), a small young white girl giving a bitch slap. Reaction: the 220lb 5 star athlete punches her closed fisted right in the middle of her face.

Translation (my opinion): Waaaayyyy overreaction. Dude got pissed and didn't want to look silly in front of his possy. So he broke a young girl's face. He was fine. He could have walked away. He could have just pushed her away and given a threat. He could have just stood there and done nothing. Yes this is an assumption, but i seriously seriously doubt that little girl was actually wanting to fist fight him.

Was she wrong? Yes. Was he more wrong? Yes.

ya I had a grandfather and a great grandfather who worked for railroads, back in the day, so I've always had an interest. I went out to western Kansas a couple of years ago when the UP was running the 844 out on the high plains and took a lot of photos and video. Pretty cool to see them in action. They've got a Big Boy, the largest steam locomotive in the world, in Cheyenne, Wyoming that they're going to rebuild over the next X number years and run it somewhere on the system. It had been sitting at a museum in California for the past 50 plus years and they moved it to Cheyenne a few months ago. Would be pretty neat to see that monster running down the tracks

At the depot in my hometown when it came through. West of the Mighty Sampson of the Cimmaron, wish I could have got pictures of it going across that bridge. I model the Rock Island in HO.

Not to mention we know that he touched her, but we do not know that she touched him. I hate when people make assumptions.

this was in 2012 when it went out thru Oakly, Colby, etc and the down to Sharon Springs. The next morning it went west for Sharon Springs to Denver and I followed it to Limon, Colo.. Got a lot of good video and pics, but unfortunately all the video and most of the pics are on a Western Digital drive that went south on me. I need to get it all transferred to a new one, I just haven't got around to it. Pics across the bridge would have definitely been a priority, no doubt, cuz that is a great looking span.

not that it matters, but allegedly she spit in his face and called him the N word.

One story has him pushing her away and her losing her balance, she was drunk, and falling down.

we won't really know for another week,
