I started to write something else, but decided to play nice and use this moment as another teachable moment. Your premise is off by about 200 years and less than one nanosecond. Fossil fuel use is already being replaced (solar, wind, geothermal, ocean tides, and even human power) and the set-back is zero. Please stop buying into the old boogey man BS, science is real, or don't you believe that either?

I understand what someone actually says, what's currently accepted, and what you actually wrote here in context. While there are a number of alternative acronymic uses of MSM, none fit your use of it other than Mainstream Media. Clearly it is you are misusing the term, or feebly attempting to redefine it to fit some other BS narrative.

Spare me your condescending courtesy. Being replaced isn't completely replaced, and if we did away with use of fossil fuel in this country, it wouldn't be travel where it hit us hardest and worst. It'd be food production. Regardless, my question wasn't answered...hypothetically, even if we stopped, does anyone realistically think anyone else will? China? Russia? India? No? Well, kind of a moot gesture that'd wreck this country and ultimately make no difference.

Yeah sorry, just re-read your post. You were separating Fox from the MSM. While techinically I guess they are but everyone kind of understands when we say MSM we are not discussing Fox.

But I stand by my position that Fox is every bit as biased as NBC and their viewers are forming or reinforcing their views based on this slanted reporting. So there is absolutely no difference.

Sorry but I have to disagree. FOX happens to own the highest rating of all "news" organizations. You absolutely cannot get more mainstreamed than that. Like them or not this is a fact!
