1- If Dallas ran the ball and scored a TD, would it have been a bad play call because they left too much time on the clock?

2- Considering the very next play was a run and Dallas scored, was it really that unlikely they would have scored running on the previous play?

3- If Dallas had won because the pass play resulted in a TD and GB did not score, would you be this much of a hind sight whiner?

4- Dallas scores a TD at 66% inside the red zone. What do you think that percentage is if they worry more about the clock than the goal line?

5- Green Bay only scores a TD on 34% of their drives and that is without time being a factor. How many of their 18 TDs on the season do you think we're scored in under a minute and a half?

Yes it is simplistic. You think running it and killing the clock would ensure a TD and not leave Rodgers enough time to score. You think scoring TDs is like Madden but the stats I showed are the actual frequencies those specific teams score TDs.

your stats you showed dont matter. Of course nothing was guaranteed if they got that first down. But they would of had 4 shots plus able to pickup another first down with two timeouts left. Very good chance to still get a TD from the 15 yardline for the Cowboys and would have killed a lot of clock. You are not figuring the clock, timeout situation, and Rodgers in your scinero. Its Madden football when you don't take into account these things.

If the Cowboys got stopped on 4th down with 10 seconds left to go in the game then so be it. They played the clock right and left Rodgers off the field. IMO I rather take my chances(4 chances plus an opportunity to pick up another first down) from the 15 yardline with two timeouts to END the game then putting Rodgers back out there to get a game tying FG or getting beat by him with plenty of time to spare plus GB still having one timeout. That is horrible coaching and play calling. That is all I am going to say about this matter.

So let me get this straight. You would rather run the clock out and fail to go ahead because you are afraid of Rodgers over score a TD, go ahead, and then need to stop Rodgers?
