To be honest, only 1 quarterback looked good yesterday.

But when Rogers and Wilson needed points, they stepped it up. Rogers handling of the field goal at the end of the game was incredible. Marvin would have been screwing around with the clock, Andy would have had a hard time getting a play in, etc.

It's just a different level of quarterbacking. Even when they aren't playing well, they find a way to get it done when it really matters. Luck will get there soon enough. The other three are already there. Dalton, on the other hand, won't get there if he plays ten more years (please, no).

Luck is in an interesting spot. Because he's won since he's been in the league, the Colts have been stuck at the back end of rounds in the draft. It obviously also hurt them when they gave away a 1 for Richardson. Now they're getting ready to cut Luck a monster deal. That team doesn't have a ton of talent -- And it's hard to see how they are going to get it while they continue to win their weak division.

Then again, it's difficult to predict which other teams are going to step up and fill the void in the AFC.

Peyton is the same guy who had a 4th surgery on his neck and nobody knew about it for months. His people are pretty tight-lipped.

I'm assuming this was when he was a soon to be FA and it was in his best interest to seem as healthy as possible in the media. Even if it was at a different time, he and his camp had no incentive to leak injury news on his neck.

The report that leaked a couple weeks ago and was definitely damage control done by his people for a poor playoff game.

I think it was like 41-7, right? I don't think the balls had a lot to do with it. -Mike Zimmer
