Played another 9 yesterday and brought along clubs up to an 8 iron. Hit some great shots and am starting to get these greens down. They're crazy fast and undulated.

....I'm on my way to a full recovery!!!!

Try dealing with a broken collarbone during the prime months of the golf season here. I've been out over a month and it's going to be at least another one before I get a full swing in. Maybe I'll try chipping today.

Oh man, good luck....sounds like a real drag.

I dodged a bullet and my shoulder's almost 100% again.

Playing 18 today.

That sucks!!!! Heal up!

Now my lower back is acting up..... and mt wrist still hasn't healed up yet... looks like the only time I'll be playing golf (well first time all season) will be the annual Father's Day tournament my dad and I play in

Thanks. I actually got pissed off after reading this and went out to see if it could hold up for chipping and putting. Was working fine. Big problem with my game is rolling the wrists instead of hinging so I'm just going to spend the next few weeks pitching shots over the pitching green making sure I get a good hinge. Hopefully I'm swinging full again by August 1.

But I have a new found respect for Aaron Rodgers after that injury. I have no idea how he came back the same season (even if it was just for one game). I'm surprised he was even able to get up so quick and be able to cuss the guy out from the sidelines right after it happened because that's the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life.

Glucosamine is well accepted in western medicine now. Great for joints.

Do stretching before you play.
Not just for the swing but for the walk.

I should look into Glucosamine.. I've heard about it before, never thought about using it...

You have to stick with it.
There are those in liquid forms that you take everyday. About 2 teaspoons.
The whole bottle lasts about a month.

lol. Probably not.
Unless your joints are aching for other reasons.
Then, yes I would definitely give it a shot.

I take glucosamine and it helps with joint pain. Doesn’t do much for the tendinitis in my elbow though. It isn’t painful unless I hit a fat shot. Lol. I have some arthritis issues in my ankles so I take a couple of alieves before I play and they help keep the swelling down.
